A Renaissance in Color: Stephane’s artistic journey.

Stéphane Koerwyn is a French artist whose work captures raw emotion and unexpected beauty through abstraction. Where words fall short, his brushstrokes speak, transforming feeling into form.

After a corporate career, most notably within the marketing director of Coca-Cola France, Stéphane chose to dedicate himself fully to artistic creation. Working across canvas and aluminum, his practice is driven by transformation and movement.

This exploration gave rise to “When Art Becomes Fashion,” a concept that merges art and fashion into a single expressive language. Painted on aluminum and transformed into sculptural dresses, the works are first brought to life through fashion show before evolving once again into contemporary, timeless 3D sculptures.

“When Art Becomes Fashion” reflects Stéphane’s desire to animate art—to let it move, breathe, and engage directly with its audience. This artistic approach, at the crossroads of painting, fashion, and sculpture, is currently unique worldwide.

With a deliberately unconventional profile, Stéphane exhibits in environments where art is not expected and is not the primary reason for the visit. His work has been showcased in exclusive venues such as palaces including the George V, as well as in Business and La Première Air France lounges. It has also been presented within international institutions such as the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund in Washington DC, and the European Central Bank, as well as in prestigious corporate headquarters including Baker McKenzie (New York, Dallas, San Francisco, Chicago). His exhibitions span over fifteen countries, including Tokyo, Dubai, Singapore, Hanoi, Siem Reap, Bogotá, Paris, London, Rome, Miami, New York, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley…
